A fallen tree touching in a very gentle and subtle way the surface of the Nestos river. The Nestos river stems from the Rila mountains in Bulgaria. There it is called the Mesta river. In Ptolemus geography, the river is referred to as Nestus and it is said to be the boundary between Macedonia and Thrace.
