A friend told me that in the latest Spiderman film titled "Far from Home" there's an action scene that is going on at exactly this spot under this road's tunnel above Cortina d' Ampezzo in Italy. And I remembered that I had taken shots just beside the tunnel in order to create a panorama of the place. So here it is! The famous Cortina d' Ampezzo in the heart of the Dolomite Alps in the Veneto region of Italy. The economy of the town mostly thrives on tourism. During winter the population increases from about 7,000 to 40,000 people. Cortina hosted the Winter Olympics of 1956 and will co-host with the city of Milan the Winter Olympics of 2026.
